MAKE UP LOOK: MUA 'GLAMOUR NIGHTS' PALETTE

As you probably should have guessed by now, We both really love Make up Academy's range; it's so cheap but still has amazing quality. The eye palettes are one of MUA's best products in our opinion and we each bought nearly all of the palettes when there was a 50% off sale, meaning we nabbed those babies for only £2 each!!! How amazing is that?!?!?! 

This palette is called 'Glamour nights,' MUA also have a 'Glamour days' palette, which includes more neutral and less bright shades, great for everyday wear, whereas like this palette suggests it is generally more suited to night looks. There is a mixture of matte and shimmer shades and they are all so well pigmented and last forever on the eye, without fading or creasing. They do create some full down, but this isn't much of an issue, we just do our eye make up first so the fall down doesn't mess up the base. 

This look is a really fresh, pretty purple eye, which is slightly smokey. Although it's the Glamour nights palette, I think this look would also be fine for a day look as it's really not a heavy eye look. I would make this more suited for a night look by using the black shade or the darker purple (Shades marked 3 and 2), to define the eye more and make it darker and more smokey. I would also add black eyeliner, either gel or liquid above the top lash line and maybe a kohl eyeliner pencil in the water line. Also, a few more coats of the Benefit They're Real mascara.
